“I’d always struggled with feeling good in my own skin and being comfortable with my body. When I was in my early teens, this resulted in an uphill battle with my mind towards my weight & my relationship with food. I was stuck in a vicious cycle of disordered eating; restricting and binging. A poor relationship that I know so many of us suffer with at some point in our lives.

In my early 20’s, I knew I had to break free of this and created products that I felt GOO eating. Products that were free from nasties, that tasted good by using CLEAN ingredients only. 

Today, I want to do much more than create and sell delicious products. I want to create a movement where we uplift, help and encourage others. Because everyone needs reminding from time-to-time, that ARE D*mn Good enough.”
